I had my first surgery last week and the professionalism, genuine kindness and service that the Same day surgery team provided was the best service I have ever received.. The entire staff from the nurses, to the anesthesiologist provided me with excellent care and even checked on me after my surgery. Everyone went above and beyond to make my experience one I will never forget and to help lessen my fear of having my first surgery. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the entire staff.. Mom admitted last night around 11PM. Sent here to get MRI in mass found on pancreases at urgent care. 6:30PM today and no one can tell me when the MRI will be done. No information from caregivers is the worst feeling. As soon as she can be moved I’m taking her back to NJ. This is for the birds!
