This place is a joke. I had a referral from a neurologist, chronic back conditions and severe pain and was turned down without even being spoken to or having an initial consultation. These doctors don’t care about their patients
Doctor Carrano is a very caring spinal cord injury specialist , pain doctor who listened to my problems and professionally helped me with my pain that i have for many years. She called me when she had the flu and i thanked her. I am very happy with the care i get from Dr. Carrano. Thank you very much. Mike Kaplan
I am a care manager who has referred my members diagnosed with developmental disabilities, including physical, to Dr. Carrano. The members have reported to this writer complete satisfaction with Dr. Carrano. They have gotten new wheelchairs that meet their medical needs, including durable medical equipment. Most importantly, what made them happy was Dr. Carrano took her time explaining all medical treatment options in a way they understood. Displeased with my experience. Im a wheelchair user with a pressure ulcer and was being treated with negative pressure wound therapy. I want to warn others to look elsewhere first especially if you are in a similar situation as me.
