The owner was most unpleasant to me after being hassled by Orbitz. I was simply asking for them to help me resolve this dispute with Orbitz - as a trip had been canceled due to CA "stay at home" orders. No biggy, right!!?? Orbitz said "Innsbruck needs to release the money before we can issue your/my refund." RecommendedWe had a very pleasant stay at Innsbruck Lodge. They had it completely outfitted with a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, glass dinnerware, silverware, dish soap, plenty of towels, tea bags, high quality at every level! The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows and warm bed comfort. Plus a balcony right outside our room with a majestic view! The decor was very delightful as well. Love this place..nice and clean..very cozy..and the owners are fabulous. .it's within walking distance to restaurants and shopping...This will be our stay at destination whenever we go to mammoth. ..

We love staying here when we go to the Mammoth Bluesapalooza because it's within walking distance & the price is great! The owners are very friendly/great!
Fantastic location, clean comfortable rooms, owners are great! Stayed here many times over the years. Home away from home.
Couldn't have stayed at a more homey feeling lodge; it was like a family home. Rooms were cozy with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to the village and a sauna and hitting for use after a long day on the slopes. Highly recommended. I will be back!
