Being new in this area, I went for annual check-up, they billed for each issue that was discussed. Although none of the issues was urgent (not treated, just discussed), they billed at very high code (in their term). I experienced very unwelcoming environment from the front desk as well. Feels like got scammed...avoid this. If you have to go, discuss the charges from the beginning.
It’s up to the individual. I’m proactive about most things and they do give you the ability to do that. Friendly service and a fantastic online portal. The doctors are transparent and available. No complaints so far.
Would have been nice if they told me a month ago that they didn’t take my insurance when I made the appointment. Now I sit here looking for a solution with zero days of my extremely critical medication left. Complete incompetence.
I used to go here and genuinely felt completely disrespected and not listened to during my appointment. I went in for abdominal pain on my right side that is ONLY present ever while i lay on my right side. I saw a doctor that was not my normal PCP due to the symptoms, they wanted me to come sooner.
