One year after purchasing the boat, I have to admit that the overall quality is great! There have been no issues, and everything works and looks perfectly fine.
Simple comment. Julian is wonderful to deal with, uncomplicated and top notch in service and responsiveness. 45 years in boating in Ontario and he is a surprise. 5 stars is deserved
I purchased the MA380 with a 20hp Tohatsu outboard last spring. I used it for approximately 100 hours fishing on lake Erie during summer of 2022. The boat is extremely stable, and handles rough water well. I had a couple of minor issues but the customer services was 5 star plus. The rod holders are a little weak for heavy trolling, but the design, build and accessories are fantastic, making a very enjoyable boat. We bought one of these inflatable boats and also purchased a motor, It is so easy to transport an inflate, we love our boat and had so much fun with it last year, we plan on taking it out even more this year, because our kids and grandkids want to go fishing and being pulled around the lake on tubes. We were given great customer care , from their very helpful and friendly staff ! Thank you, everyone.
