This place has a lot of promise, and many of the office and maintenance staff are trying hard. But I've been a resident here for two weeks and already have experienced an absurdly long list of issues: - Air conditioning leaked and broke within the first 10 days. Three days after being fixed, it's malfunctioning again. I filed a BBB complaint against this company - please reach out to me directly if you would like to join my suit against this corporation. 2. This company violates tenants rights by making residents live in apartments that are moldy, often have leaking pipes and poor air filtration. 3.
