Innovo Builders re-did the floor of our new building in Fremont so that it would be smooth for our equipment to roll around. The price seemed very reasonable for what a big job it was, and the result was beautiful - I had no idea a factory floor could look so good! It's been a couple of years now and the floor is still looking great and holding up well. Thank you Innovo Builders!

Innovo Builders did a fantastic major re-model of our Palo Alto house. They tore off roofs, enlarged french doors into folding-out doors, re-did 4 bathrooms and the kitchen, and all the windows and doors and flooring. The price was good, especially for the high quality of work. What we appreciated most was the style of communication: they did not bother us when things were going fine, but pro-actively surfaced concerns and issues. My husband and I planned an extensive renovation of our kitchen. It involved a lot of difficult things, including vaulting a ceiling, taking out a wall, etc. John Montoya was an amazing contractor, who helped us to realize all of the things we had envisioned.

My husband and I worked with Innovo Builders to complete a renovation in Burlingame. John and his team did a truly fantastic job. We were impressed by how organized they are. Everything was clearly broken down from us from the cost of materials to the change orders. John’s team was very diligent to get the project completed. The finished product is absolutely beautiful.
