EDIT: I am adjusting my review because my concerns were addressed promptly. I am very pleased with the outcome and will continue to be a patient here. This review is not for the doctors/staff at the physical clinic. It is for the organization and how things are being ran. Every time I try to call to talk to someone to schedule an appointment or have a billing question I never get through to anyone. It is extremely frustrating. Dr. Franco Porto is an excellent physician who genuinely cares for his patients. However, the referral department in this office is severely failing. The processing of referrals is unacceptably slow, often taking 7 to 14+ days. Because of this administrative delay, I actually missed an important specialist appointment, and I nearly lost my scheduled surgery date. It is incredibly stressful to have your health and recovery put at risk because paperwork doesn't arrive on time. A doctor can be the best in his field, but if the ... read more
