I've reached out to my local office (management) but the issue I am facing is not being resolved nor remedied in any form or fashion, basically an "oh well" if you will. Listed below are the series of events that have taken place over the past two months: Feb. 11th - I went into the office to reorder a set on lenses for my sunglasses. Measurements were taken; order was placed. Two weeks later I go in to pick them up, they apparently ordered the wrong size lenses (even though they told me they were measured). It was my first time here at my daughter’s recommendation and I’m very pleased. Justin was wonderfully patient and carefully explained all the different options as well as the pricing. Have a very nice selection of different frames. All in all, a great experience. Highly recommend!!!
