We were there on Saturday, and Morgan was very helpful! She said she couldn't guarantee that she could fix my sister-in-law's glasses, and we signed the waiver. They were able to fix them, and she provided the website where I could try to get another set of frames. Excellent customer service, even when we didn't buy the glasses there. We WILL be back and can highly recommend them without hesitation!
READ! This is NOT about the doctors or the optometrist it's strictly about the aftercare sales and lab. 1st time lenses were swapped left and right. This time there was a different issue creating a fishbowl effect. Thank you Dr. Sarno for helping me with my vision, my glasses work wonderfully. Thank you Dr Schlesman for helping me with additional computer glasses that work wonderfully as well. Everyone at the facility was patient and kind. Mike always has a welcoming smile that makes you feel comfortable. What an excellent facility this is. So glad I am now a client.
