I was searching for a new therapist and after doing careful research decided to contact this practice. During my initial phone call I clearly explained that I required a in-person appointment for the first visit as an accommodation. Would not recommend. Poorly prepared medication management staff. Therapist (Margaret) abandoned our child mid treatment and canceled the day of.
Terrible experience! I haven’t had an appointment in weeks and they still keep charging me for sessions I’ve not had! This is crazy! Yesterday I had a bill for 51 and today it’s 81! And I’ve stopped going there because of stuff like this! They won’t send me a bill just keep charging me! I’ve had enough!
Travis has been very attentive to my stepson. Everyone are very attentive and kind.
