I do NOT recommend this this company for renovation work. Before I signed his contract, I provided a list of 21 tasks to be completed for this job. Below, I list WHY I do NOT recommend. 1) He used nails, NOT screws, to hold drywall to ceiling. Nail heads already showing--now I have to fix. 2) Initially, he would NOT agree to install epoxy grout on shower floor.
