As per my last review (that has been deleted on Google) I also gave them a 1 star rating. I would recommend this business. The "designer" was not able to measure my space right, after talking for 10 minutes that I wanted my laundry basket at the bottom of the unit, it did not fit. I waited for over a week to talk to the designer and she blamed her error on my by saying "you signed the contract" Yes, I did sign the contract, but the reason I hired them was that I am not a designer and did not want to measure incorrectly. Craig was great, took his time to explain the product and process, and patiently answered our many questions. Pricing was transparent and fair. We look forward to getting our floor finished.
The process was a little lengthy - I work in the design field and did not need all the sales information I was given. But the end result was quite nice. Everything fit as promised. The installation was fast and easy. The installer cleaned everything up when he was done and was pleasant to be around. My only complaint was they wanted to add slatwall to the sides of the closet and I almost said yes, but glad I did not.
