Great customer service! I was shopping around for a security system that best fit the needs of my small business. Chris came out and didn't try to "sell" me. He asked me what I needed and why. He listened to me and then explained how ISSI could help me with that. He didn't try to up the sale. The install went great. Then after the install is where they shined! We have used Innovative Security for over 20 years. Our whole family uses their services. The equipment is top line and the customer service is above and beyond. Bottom line is they design a system to fit your needs and they really care about it performing the way you want it to. In today's business world the customer service can be challenging so it is very refreshing to know at Innovative Securities they respond quickly and offer many ideas. It's not about the sale for them but about getting it right.
