My son loves the rides and customer service was so lovely when there was an issue with payment!
Had an awesome experience with Innovative Retail’s customer service! My stepdaughter really wanted to go on one of their rides, but we ran into a small issue. I contacted their support team and they had it sorted in no time — super quick, friendly, and efficient!
I paid for a ride for my granddaughter and was double charged, called the number on the ride and was helped straight away with great customer service. Very happy with the resolution and assistance, thank you
Corrupt and deceptive business behaviour, used a ride machine recently, was charged 32c on a $3 ride. No sign to say surcharge amount, only fee for a ride. Surcharge should be no more than 2 % of card fee. Avoid using their machines
Surcharge is really high and none complains cos it’s just 32cents; however it’s more than 30% .. not clearly advertised and really upsetting… If they want us to download app and pay then write it there near terminal and not just apologise on comments afterwards here.. Should be reported to ACCC for sure, I will check!
