What's the purpose of having a chair time when they don't honor it. Husband is 10a to 2pm. I have him there EARLY. He is always sitting in the lobby till after 11 and is NEVER out till after 4pm. Excuse is short staff. Then HIRE SOMEONE. I have had to reschedule several important appointments due to them not staying on schedule. SOMETHING NEEDS RO BE DONE
