The treatments are ok, only I like the early treatments
I am a home patient. I come to the treatment center twice a month. If I need anything or have problems with the home treatments I call. If it supplies I can come and pick them up. If it trouble with the treatment they can walk me through the problem.
Disappointed at the level of lack of communication experienced through the storm Helene, only one message delivered that Friday but absolutely NO follow up. Here it is Monday morning, NO WORD. Travel is dangerous so just driving down there is risky, and the gas situation is scary. So, do we have treatments today ... of course, NO ANSWER or any communication from these people.
