We used one of their lifts for a stadium in NYC. The lift and operator were amazing and diligent. We were able to set up the spider lift by the seats without interfering with any of the seats. Phil was courteous and deligent. I would definitely re-use them!

The application I had for the lift was an outside structure that required staining. The ground was sloped which added some complexity to the use of any type of lift and use of scaffolding was not desirable because of additional effort and insuring that the trees and shrubs near the building were not damaged. The out-riggers on the lift were ideal for the stability needed. It took 2.5 days to complete the project on a 3 story section of the structure. We had a very difficult task given to us, Nelson Electric Co. by a customer of ours to replace some lamps and drivers in an atrium/ rotunda. We needed to extend over a staircase on the perimeter in order to reach our work area.. Innovative reach, Philip, met me onsite for a pre-job visit to ensure that he would be able to help us out. Everything went very good, we were able to perform work in areas that we could have never reached with a standard elevated platform.
