Leo and Aaron are top notch. Thorough, responsive and believe in fairness, integrity and good communication around tenant and investors. They believe in a job well done- and are willing to do whatever it takes to accomplish the best outcome. I had two PMs prior to them- and they have stepped in and elevated the experience and taught me so much in the process. Couldn’t recommend them more!

Extremely disappointing experience with River City Rentals (Leonardo the rental manager). The screening process felt completely inconsistent and inaccurate, and communication throughout the process was frustrating. The property we viewed looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The home was poorly maintained, unclean, and honestly shocking compared to what was presented in the listing.
