Brandon Boreliz is our Property Manager and he went so far above and beyond in terms of service and kindness! I just can't say a single negative word against him because he made this process so simple and fast, even though I had some challenges. If Brandon is on the case, you'll be taken care of and he'll get it done, while staying in constant communication with you during the process and even after!
For the past 3 years Ms. Sandra Miyami and her team in IPM have made my life much easier with assisting me in managing my unit. She does a great deal of keeping our communication open and does provide recommendations when needed, which is important during my business trips. Their website can be a little better but it does a the job with documentation for my taxes. When people ask me if I know of any property managers, Ms. Miyami and her team are the people I always recommend.
I have to be honest there was a whole-lot of skepticism in the beginning of the whole process but, Brandon Boreliz made it his mission to reassure my family and I of their legitimacy and professionalism. If you’re in the market for convenience and a quick-turnaround, Innovative Property Management is the company you’re looking for. I am so grateful and truly fortunate to have come across your company at a trying point in my life. Go Team IPM!!

Our fridge was broken for 15 days and the property management representative told us that "as much as we would like all repairs to be done quickly in 1-2 days, it is beyond our control" in reference to scheduling with contractors. This all started the same day my car was broken into, and unfortunately happened a couple weeks after signing on for a second year to our lease.
