I received great care here from the doctors, unfortunately I got a $120 bill after the fact for what I thought would be a free, preventative visit. When I tried to follow up with Innovative Primary Care about what the bill was for, I had to call three separate times until someone finally called me back with answers. Because I brought up some shoulder pain and talked to the doctor for about 10 minutes about it during my physical, they marked the visit as a normal doctors visit and charged me for it.
