Their appointment slots are either 15 or 30 minutes, which was not disclosed ahead of time. FIFTEEN MINUTES for an annual physical is hardly enough time for taking vitals, let alone getting a full picture of your health. Everyone was very kind and helpful, but they need to disclose ahead of time how short of a time slot you'll be given.
Be CAUTIOUS of front desk staff at this location! I’ve been seen at the Wicker Park location so was positive my insurance was accepted. Arrived at the this location (Logan Square) and the gentleman at the front desk today vehemently denied that it was. After they cancelled my appointment, as I wasn’t willing to pay out of pocket, I verified with my insurance & the Wicker location that it was indeed in network & accepted. Super unfortunate that there was more denial than advocation for me. Won’t be back to this location.
