Tried to order a sample through the customer service email. Several days later no response so I called. Wanted to charge me $20 for 1 sample. I explained that if the sample was approved they would be getting an order for thousands of pieces. They refused. Very short sighted company and not too smart. They must be doing very well to throw an opportunity like that away over $20. 2 other companies are sending me samples no charge, no problem. Oh well, thier loss.

Called in a order on the 4th with 2 day shipping method. Called the office on the 9th and spoke with an associate who explained that the company is not used to shipping out east and the package was never picked up from their office. He then explained that the package would be sent out overnight free of charge and he apologized for the delay. It is the 10th today and I called again to hear another associate tell me that the previous associate I spoke to told me 2 days for the package. Bottom line the shipping is horrible and ... read more
