I've had back issues for several years. Been through pain management, pain meds, muscle relaxers and nothing worked. I have been attending PT for three weeks now and my pain is "GONE". I am so grateful to have such a wonderful group of people help me. The staff is well trained and know what they are doing. I thank Innovative PT for giving back my life!!!!!
Best experience in therapy – False feedback. The clinic is a new building like a spa. Very very unique and clean . I am pleased with innovative. They have been there for me all the time. I am a hemiplegic stroke patient who has used innovative 3 different time. Everytime the treaments gets better and better. beware – I was visiting my hometown and needed to meet with a reputable therapist. The staff was so rude that I left crying. The office was disorderly and I left in more pain than when I went in.
Clinic without professionals – I am in my late forties, I have a back problem for a while now. My doctor sent me to Innovative Therapy about a year and a half ago to work on my back. Everytime I was there for treatment different person treated me. I don't think they knew what they were doing, when I asked one of them if she was certified in physical therapy or had any formal training I received a very vague answer. Good place Good people – I have never done physical therapy before, but if I ever have to do it again it will be at innovative. The staff is terriffic, they are knowledgeable and patient, they take their time and really seem to enjoy what they are doing. I actually enjoy going to physical therapy. Not only do they do serious physical therapy, massage, targeted exercises and e-stem, but they do it in an atmosphere that is very enjoyable. I am very grateful to my Dr. for sending me to them. greatly satisfied patient – I have been in pain for 25 years due to a locomotive accident. I have deformity in my back due to my history of pain. I was allowed to seen innovative for 12 visits. THey worked on my back about 30 minutes including doing myofascial release and positioned me in many ways of comfort. I worked about 40 minutes on strengthening and rehabilitating my back. experienced therapist. – This is why I loved innovative: I got in immediately, I was seen as I entered the clinic, I got alot of hands on, I recieved ultrasound, e-stim, and water massage, The staff were nice . The therapist evaluated and re-evaluated me. I was able to pay payments after I recieved my bill as much as I could pay. I am painless.
superb – I have done therapy many times in last few years with different clinic. This one kept me from doing surgery.
hands on techniques – I recieved the best customer care . The staff were nice and took their time doing manual therapy and massage. Every session consisted one and fifteen minutes . The clinic has many employees trying to do their best taking care of patietns. They also were very flexible with my schaduling . I was greeded every time I had a PT sessions.
