They don't care
Horrible experience. This pharmacy arbitrarily decides which medications are important enough to fill and deliver on time. They have absolutely no right to make those decisions, even if the medication is "as needed" because even the PRNs are NEEDED. They have access to records that indicate daily use and STILL decided that since a med was PRN it wasn't important enough to fill in a timely manner. Not to mention how many times the doctor had to fax, email, and orally give an order they STILL failed us. We had to spend way too... read more
