I can't get in touch with anyone to get completion certificate for apprentice for class that was done in April 2025. I have emailed all 3 contacts on website. One of them twice. Sent text because when I called the voicemail box was full. I am not sure what to do now. You can't proceed with license without this certificate.
I’ve had good experiences with IPMA but recently the customer service has taken a major down tick. Several unanswered emails and voicemails over the course of several months.
