We called American pest to treat lantern fly infestation in our backyard. The flies sprayed their honeydew all over the top of cars and exterior of the house. It was disgusting. Their rep came on Thursday evening and we asked them to take the most brutal approach possible. He sprayed down the trees and while some of them died, by Saturday the flies were back and so was the honeydew spray. I wish we picked a different service provider.
They came but they only put three traps, none of which have to worked. The mouse is just running around as if he owns the place.
I engaged American Pest due to rats showing up in my neighborhood. Their service did prevent rats from getting into my home and eventually the rat activity decreased noticeably. The technology has been inconsistent, for the first year pinging constantly. Customers also have to request to get in-person inspection. It would be better to have it done automatically on a regular basis.
