We terminated our service with this company. Our final straw was when the service technician pulled up in our driveway, did the supposed treatment around our 8,000 sq ft house, talked to my wife, and left in 9 minutes! He did not wipe any cobwebs or bugs off the house, and told my wife “We don’t really do that. They just come back”.
Innovative Pest Control handles my needs with pest maintenance with the highest customer care. Steven is just great to work with, very informative on treatment plans, and attentive to detail. It's a pleasure to have Innovative Pest Control as my pest management company.
