They did a great job with my gum graft procedure. I am healing really well so far. I’ll recommend this place to anyone who’s having the same problem I did.
I had an issue at this advanced dental services office with insurance benefits. I neglected to let my wife know my work insurance had changed for 2024. The claim for my wife's services was billed to my old insurance. The insurance specialist at this location went out her way to straighten this out for me. I was very impressed and relieved that she was able to handle this in such a professional and efficient manner.
I was nervous because I was referred here instead of choosing but it has been by far the best dental practice I have gone to. They were very informative and always made sure I comfortable throughout all of my appointments.
Dr. Jay and his whole office are the ultimate professionals. 5 star service with every step, and every person I dealt with in the office. I felt at ease with Dr. Jay and his skilled assistants for my gum graft surgeries before, during and after. They care greatly for their patients, as seen through their fantastic ratings.
