Know your rights!! Look up chicago city ordinance 02017-3795 these are evil no morals people who have found a loophole to Scam you! They are. Disgusting who are preying on people! They cannot boot you for less than 10 minutes but will to make you pay as they know most people don't know the law and let it go. DON'T FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS! I would give a ZERO!!!!!

Read your rights VERY carefully. READ the Chicago City Ordinance CAREFULLY. Contact your credit card company and initiate a dispute. Contact the City of Chicago and initiate a dispute. Contact innovative solutions by phone. Email innovative solutions by email. I got my $170 back. How many times did the SOB say to you "sorry for the inconvenience"?? LMFAO. If you're willing to do the footwork, you'll most likely find a legal loophole. I found several. Good luck

A disgusting company. My car was booted just because I returned to the parking lot from the entrance that's not next to Walgreen's exit. Shocked that this kind of thing is legal in Chicago.

I'm appaled that this is legal. It's nothing but predatory legalized theft. How can I get booted and a $170 fine for grabbing a Jimmy John's sandwich (they're freaky fast) in front of an empty retail store? They also misrepresented the times on the invoice to be outside of the 10 minute mark. It doesn't take JJ's 10 minutes to make a sandwich.

Innovative Parking Solutions is predatory and opportunistic. My car was booted by them in under 2 minutes. The business I was patronizing was in the same lot. These are the new Pirates of Lincoln Park, but they are city wide now.

If city ordinance requires you park more than 10 minutes, i parked my car and went inside a building and the people inside told me to run back to my car or ill get a boot. and guess what? they were right! I was in and out and it was less than 2 minutes. They charged me $150.00 and they were the only ones in the lot. so i should be refunded. ASs holes.
