My name is Alison Brundage. I am writing my personal experience as President of the Board of Directors of the Ono Vista Condominiums when Innovative Painting & Concrete Repairs performed building(s) restoration , repair, paint and roofing. ( two buildings , 5 stories each )The complex is one block from the ocean in Waialua. The buildings were at least 30+yr old at the time of this work.
