My experience was very pleasant. This includes the reception area at check in. And once I saw my physician specialist. He made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. He took time explaining everything to me carefully. I was able to ask any questions needed in regards to my situation and procedures. Overall atmosphere warm and inviting.
