I had previously used Innovative Openings for a home I had owned, and I thought that they had done an excellent job of helping me select my window coverings and subsequently installing them. I decided to use them again for my new home, and I was not disappointed. I absolutely love my patio shades by Innovative Openings. They are first class craftsmanship with quality materials. From measurement to installation the employees were excellent. These shades are so quiet as the raise and lower I have to check to make sure they are working. Best of all, I can now sit on my patio in the heat of the day and be comfortable with the 93% light blocking (not to mention more privacy.) I highly recommend this company. It is worth the higher price for the quality I got in return.
Innovative Openings has provided window coverings for every window in my home- some of them two times. Their professional attitude and quality products have been a consistent for over 10 years. Carly’s service is always timely and ordering is accurate, delivery info. complete and Edgar’s installation was perfect - information provided and great problem solving as well as clean-up. Absolutely amazing experience with Innovative Openings! Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and affordable. They installed a large deck shade for us that had several obstacles and design details for a precise fit. Susan came out and went over every detail and measured everything to the mm, then came out during install to make sure it was done perfect! The installer, Billy, did a fantastic job with the install and made sure I was thrilled with every aspect. Highly recommend Susan and team for your shade needs!
