The custom sized awning we ordered with David Low was easy to order and the installation crew was on time and worked efficiently.
I'm thrilled with my new motorized shade! Our outside dining table is under a covered porch that gets extremely hot and sunny at certain times of the day when we are sitting outside eating. This year we finally decided to solve the issue. This morning, my Oasis Motorized Shade decided to 'sleep-in' (it went inoperative). My home faces east and it was in the retracted position, with the sun bearing down on my array of windows (narry a cloud in the sky). I frantically contacted Innovative Openings and they had Alex Gonzales call me within the hour. Alex coached me on how to 'wake-up' the Shade Controls (literally), and then he walked me through the reprogramming of the Remote Control.
