I absolutely love my patio shades by Innovative Openings. They are first class craftsmanship with quality materials. From measurement to installation the employees were excellent. These shades are so quiet as the raise and lower I have to check to make sure they are working. Best of all, I can now sit on my patio in the heat of the day and be comfortable with the 93% light blocking (not to mention more privacy.) I highly recommend this company. It is worth the higher price for the quality I got in return.
We used them to get a retractable awning over our balcony.Process was very smooth. When they installed the awning they noticed the powder coating was messed up and immediately ordered us a new one and reinstalled it. That one was fine. We are enjoying our new awning and happy to be able to sit outside in the afternoon on hot days.
Every part of this process deserves 5 stars. The original consult was helpful and painless, as was the buying decision process. I've never bought window treatments, and felt guided and supported the entire time. The costs were reasonable and the availability was great. The installers arrived EARLY, worked efficiently, cleaned up after themselves, were friendly and helpful, and really couldn't have been any better. We have had Innovative Openings install three shades in our office and two of them we to cover unique windows. They did a fantastic job which is why we had them some back to install an additional shade. We would recommend them for sure!
We have worked with Innovative Openings for more than 15 years and have always been please with their products and services. Yesterday, Edgar installed update shades for us and reprogrammed a retired remote to replace a lost one. Superb and congenial service!!
