I absolutely love my patio shades by Innovative Openings. They are first class craftsmanship with quality materials. From measurement to installation the employees were excellent. These shades are so quiet as the raise and lower I have to check to make sure they are working. Best of all, I can now sit on my patio in the heat of the day and be comfortable with the 93% light blocking (not to mention more privacy.) I highly recommend this company. It is worth the higher price for the quality I got in return.
Absolutely amazing experience with Innovative Openings! Very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and affordable. They installed a large deck shade for us that had several obstacles and design details for a precise fit. Susan came out and went over every detail and measured everything to the mm, then came out during install to make sure it was done perfect! The installer, Billy, did a fantastic job with the install and made sure I was thrilled with every aspect. Highly recommend Susan and team for your shade needs!

We used them to get a retractable awning over our balcony.Process was very smooth. When they installed the awning they noticed the powder coating was messed up and immediately ordered us a new one and reinstalled it. That one was fine. We are enjoying our new awning and happy to be able to sit outside in the afternoon on hot days.
We have had Innovative Openings install three shades in our office and two of them we to cover unique windows. They did a fantastic job which is why we had them some back to install an additional shade. We would recommend them for sure!
