This place is clean and comfy. I was treated with respect from the very friendly staff. I'll definitely go there again when needed and will be recommending them.experience. 2/27/23 - Innovative Open MRI of Lake Mary is the best. The staff is EXCELLENT ❤️ You sit (between it), not a tunnel. They give you noise canceling headphones that you hear the tv that they have for you to watch through. Stress free experience.

Sandra on the reception was fantastic. She was so nice and so encourage as I suffer from claustrophobia and she assure me that I was going to be OK. Then the technician Matthew he was so patient with me, he explained me every single process and checking on me from time to time during the test to make sure that I was OK and I feel comfortable to continue. This was a fantastic experience. I will definitely go again whenever I need an MRI and I will always recommend them.

By far the worst experience both times I have been there at the Lake Mary location. Condescending front desk staff who obviously hate their job. Inexperienced techs doing MRI. I was having an MRI of my neck and they were aware of my knee injury which wouldn't allow me to keep it straight without severe pain. Said he only had one pillow and to make a choice. Easy process to schedule an appointment. Technician walked me thought the exam very throughly and kept calming me down throughout. Highly recommend!

I contacted this organization's Lake Mary operation about 2 weeks ago looking to schedule an MRI. I got voicemail and I left a very detailed message stating the nature of my call and and asked that someone call me back. After waiting a week, I called back and complained that no one called me back. At this point, I was given a point of contact, who asked me to send them a copy of my MRI Order Form and my personal contact information again.
