Sandra on the reception was fantastic. She was so nice and so encourage as I suffer from claustrophobia and she assure me that I was going to be OK. Then the technician Matthew he was so patient with me, he explained me every single process and checking on me from time to time during the test to make sure that I was OK and I feel comfortable to continue. This was a fantastic experience. I will definitely go again whenever I need an MRI and I will always recommend them.
This place is clean and comfy. I was treated with respect from the very friendly staff. The staff is EXCELLENT ❤️ You sit (between it), not a tunnel. They give you noise canceling headphones that you hear the tv that they have for you to watch through. Stress free experience.
Easy process to schedule an appointment. Technician walked me thought the exam very throughly and kept calming me down throughout. Highly recommend!
This place has x-ray and a great open MRI. The staff is very friendly and as such I have used them 3 times now.
By far the worst experience both times I have been there at the Lake Mary location. Condescending front desk staff who obviously hate their job. Inexperienced techs doing MRI. I was having an MRI of my neck and they were aware of my knee injury which wouldn't allow me to keep it straight without severe pain. Said he only had one pillow and to make a choice.
