The mortgage broker i was working with was very unprofessional, never gave straight answers to myself or my realtor. He lied constantly to the point where my realtor started ONLY communicating to him threw text messages so she would have things in black and white. He didn't get the necessary things scheduled that needed to be done in a timely manner, so dates got pushed back and extra money had to be spent by myself and the sellers.
