Placed an order with this company on 12/20/22 and sent it via email to the person who actually quoted it to us. We asked for an order confirmation and did not get one. So we tried to call and it goes to a voicemail every time. We have left messages to please call us back and we get no response. Finally 3-4 days later we get a call from them saying they did not get our order and to resend, not only to his direct email but also to his personal email.
