We had the “Dream Team” from IMS build our dock/boat lift for our new home in South Gulf Cove. Mike Lusk talked and walked us through every step of the design and build. He was always available to us via phone, email, text and home visits. He was truly a joy to work with! We had several conversations with Tom about specifications in line with the boat we purchased… he was spot on! I spent a lot of money installing a rip rap sea wall on two lots. Also had them build a doc and replace my boat lift pilings. Shortly after my boat was on the lift one of the pilings started to sink. It has steadily been sinking. I contacted Mike and the owner several times. Owner said he would take care of it that was 5 months ago. After the hurricane it has gotten worse. I did end up with Seawall damage which I said I would pay for but the boat lift should be warrantied as I have proof that it was sinking before the hurric... read more
The lady who answers the phone screens to see how much money you are spending and then tells you that they don't want to do a smaller job. Keep in mind, my job wasn't small. Never got back to me with a quote or anything. Completely blew me off. I have to wonder if the owner knows what she is telling potential customers. Shame on you Receptionist.
They installed a 8000# lift for me last year. They were timely and did everything they promised and have done a great job standing behind their work when I had a couple of minor issues. Always easy to get a hold of and Connie has been a pleasure to deal with anytime that I have called. She always gets me the answers to my questions. Seems to be a well run business.
The staff at IMS are very friendly.
