Based on a satisfactory experience several years ago with this company, I generously give a 2-star review for this recent scope of work. On this most recent hail damage claim, we were forced to constantly reach out via phone/text for project updates and scheduling. Scheduling dates would be setup, no one would show up as scheduled; there would be no follow-up from the company, (Seth), until we reached out again. Wonderful company to work with!
We contracted with Seth Curry - general contractor and owner of multiple companies (4th Dimension Concepts, Innovative Living Spaces Inc, and currently doing business as Innovative Builders) - on April 11, 2022. Due to multiple issues causing delays, our project was not finished until August 4, 2023. These delays and issues caused us significant extra cost, resulting in us hiring an attorney and pursuing a settlement rather than making our final payment. Seth and his crew did a great job remodeling the lower level of my home! They were professional and completed the job within the time frame they quoted.
If I could give no stars I would. Started working with Seth over a month ago when the hail hit and he assured me he could help with my sunroom replacement. After 3 weeks of no responses via email, my husband finally called today and was hung up on... twice... would never recommend this company, I was warned against trusting them and I should have listened...
