We bought a house a year ago, and the previous owner had to install a new Timer for the sprinkler system. This was before we moved in but after the previous owner had moved out. When we got into our house we could not get the system to turn on. We called Innovative Irrigation Inc to show us how to use the system they installed. Never mentioned a service call fee and never thought there would be one since we were new and assumed they would show us how to work the system they put in.
