Our entire experience was professional as well as extremely compassionate. Everyone at your facility was deserving of 5 stars. But one of your associates stood out above the rest, in my personal opinion. I wish I could remember her name because she was so kind from the first phone call I made to make an appointment, to walking out of your office after my husband's chest x-ray. Hands down the BEST imaging facility I have ever been to! First off the MRI machine is amazing! I am very claustrophobic and to not be enclosed was a life saver! The staff there was also amazing and helpful from the first phone call to set an appointment to the actual scan. I had to have a mri of my head and honestly was scared to death ! I had a very bad experience with the guy that did my MRI. No bed side manner, very disrespectful. I will not ever return to this place nor will ever let any of my friends go here. Not the way to treat people in a place of business or anywhere for that matter. I hope that no one else ever has an experience like I had.

They were very accommodating in getting me scheduled promptly so I would have my CT results before my follow-up with my doctors.
