Bill is really exceptional. I’ve used several of their relays and even now had Bill configure several in specific ways for my specific needs. Just exceptionally good to work with. Highly recommend.
I was looking for a very specific 240v 30amp smart switch that was essentially a Left/Right (always on, just different appliances) that switched running my hottub or garage heater remotely. After a quick chat and a diagram, Bill built me an AWESOME solution. He even had a couple chats with my local electrician to make sure it was all set up.
