We used this company to manage the renting of our home while living overseas for 4 years starting in 2019. We had two different sets of renters during that time and both of them found a way to contact us to complain about how bad this company was to us. Poor/lack of communication, charging for services not provided, and delays in responding to repair/maintenance issues. Leasing and Management I had read a couple of poor reviews about this company but they were recommended by a good friends so I took a chance. I have been highly satisfied with the service and knowledge of the company. Cathleen is very helpful with follow up and Julie is very patient with an inexperienced Landlord. I would recommend this company.
UNETHICAL BUSINESS! BEWARE tHIS COMPANY IS SO SHADY. I LEASED A HOUSE WITH THEM IN OCTOBER 2009. RENTED THE HOUSE FOR 2 YEARS. WITHIN THE FIRST 6 MONTHS NOTIFIED ME THAT THEY WERE NO LONGER MANAGING THE PROPERTY AND THAT THE RENT SHOULD BE MAILED TO THE OWNERS IN LAS VEGAS. THEY NEVER INFORMED ME THAT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT WAS TAKEN OUT OF ESCROW( AS REQUIRED BY LAW TO BE KEPT THERE TIL END OF LAW) AND RETURNED IT TO OWNER OF HOME. Innovative Home Partners is a great company Innovative Home Partners has managed my property for 4 years & I couldn't be more pleased. The management service is beyond the ordinary. Julie always has a cheerful word and an answer to my rental questions. They made a painful eviction process very easy and kept me informed every step of the way. I receive excellent service even after hours.
