So, I rarely do reviews, but I have to share how wonderful it is to work with John!!! He was kind, as I was having a meltdown about the possibility of an Asbestos contamination, he was fast getting me on the schedule and having the samples sent, he took samples of items I didn't even know could be contaminated. John, the owner and inspector did an exceptional job on all levels. His response was quick and his communications clear. We needed our home inspected for mold and he demonstrated thorough knowledge as he performed sampling and located two mold sources that we had not been unaware of. The lab results were returned with a very detailed report of not only mold but the rest of our home.
