I called Innovative after a bad wind/hail storm to come out and inspect my room free of charge. After damage was brought to my attention, they did absolutely EVERYTHING, from dealing with my insurance, having a representative on site when insurance company did their inspection, and even completed ALL the repairs within 2 weeks time. After a second ice storm, I called them back to inspect my room. They replaced shingles that were still under warranty the very next day. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
Innovative Home Concepts started work on my house 1 year ago and the issues are still not resolved. They subcontracted most if not all of the work out. I had water leaking from roof this winter. My gutters are leaking and very uneven, the bracket were not secured to the house. The siding is un even. AND NOW THEY PUT A LIEN ON MY HOME!!! Please everyone... save yourself this headache and stay away from Innovative Home Concepts.
Gene H. Innovative Home Concepts replaced the roof and gutters on my home in Bull Valley. They did an awesome job: Polite, hardworking and I have no complaints about any of the work they did. I would recommend them.

IHC is absolutely amazing! Our project started with Tobias personally coming to our home, making recommendations, going over choices and then working with our adjuster leaving us to enjoy the fabulous job that was done! Every bit of the work was supervised by Max and a specialized team was sent to complete each specific area of the job. Absolutely one of the best companies we've worked with hands down, and recommend them very highly. We purchased our windows through Innovative Home concepts in 2008. The windows themselves are very good and have held up very well through the Chicago winters and summers. We were very happy with the price and response by the company. Recently, we contacted them after our home inspection, to come out and evaluate the windows.
