We can’t thank Innovative enough! Our furnace went out during the coldest days of the year, and they didn’t even hesitate to drive out of town to help us. This is the second time Innovative installed a furnace/ac for us. We were very happy the first time in our old house. This time in our new house they worked tirelessly in a small older house space to get the new furnace in and going. Some hiccups along the way but came back the next day and had it all figured out for us. Definitely recommend!

Our furnace wouldn’t turn on this fall and we phoned to get a service call to see what the problem was and what we needed to get it going. Chad came totally unprepared. He had to be prompted to assess the system. Only wanted to upsell us a new boiler system for $15-20,000. It ended up needing a $250 part that was diagnosed by someone else. We’re hoping it would have been Scott or Kevin to help us as they came recommended. Quite disappointed in this service call as it’s $250 just for them to drive to the country.

Have had Scott Faulkner & his staff for service calls over the past 15 years. Scott & his staff are knowledgeable, quick to respond to a call & extremely professional. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Innovative to friends & colleagues.
