Scott is awesome. I've been chatting with him about our current hvac issues, and he has been kind, courteous, and very thorough in explaining every aspect of his knowledge of hvac systems, even though he isn't obligated to. It rare to find a great person like this these days - will be using him for any future work for sure. Communication and kindness scores huge points with me.

We went with Innovative for our new RTM home and we are SO grateful for their incredible work. They did a lot for us including water works, duct work, furnace and water heater install, as well as gas lines for our appliances, etc. Every person we interacted with went above and beyond, answered all of our questions, made sure to explain our options, and showed us how to use our new set up.
