This was my first time at Innovative. I’ve been to a couple of other PT’s over years. But I have to say that Innovative was the most rewarding and educational (and helpful) physical therapy experience I’ve had. They were all helpful, knowledgeable and proactive. I’m looking forward to my future sessions.
Amazing! Staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Got to work directly with the Clinic Director Eric on first visit. He gave me a sense of hope after doctors told me I would likely not walk again.
My first experience was excellent! My physical therapist, Eric, is truly outstanding. He doesn’t just focus on the main issue—you can tell he genuinely cares about everything surrounding it and takes a whole-body approach to healing. While I was there, other patients were also sharing how great he is, and after my session, I completely understand why. Best PT that I have experienced. Staff is professional yet very friendly. The facility is clean and has a great view.
The staff is wonderful. Eric is absolutely exceptional in his profession. He really cares about your progress and will make sure you are able to get you where you should be. No pain.
