I rarely write reviews however when you have a bad experience and everyone blames everyone else instead of correcting the part of the problem they are responsible for then it may be worthwhile putting a word out there to warn others. I hired this company in 2015 for my credentialing service. Kim was my contact and everything took too long. Aetna was hung up for a full year until my own efforts got that resolved. Our credentialing process took incredibably long time and I was not getting regular feedback and weekly feedback like should be getting on my credentialing process. I finally hired another company to finish my credentialing for Aetna and was able to get it done I just hated paying the extra money for the other company but I needed to take care of my patients.
