Went for my annual eye exam that I am ENTITLED to from Medicare. I should have seen from the start how unprofessional this guy is when he asked if I was there for my COLONOSCOPY!! I guess he thought this was funny. He saw the beginning of a cataract (which he did not treat in any way) and changed the billing code so I had to pay for a specialist office visit instead of getting what I was ENTITLED TO! "Dr. Laplume is the absolute best optometrist I've ever seen! I had a thoroughly enjoyable experience at Dr. Laplume's office at Innovative Eye Care. The ambiance was welcoming, and the staff made me feel at ease. Dr. Laplume was extremely patient and helpful when assisting me with my contact lenses and discussing various options. Overall, it was a delightful encounter.
Actually Ingham Hearing is part of Eye Care. Bill is a very nice guy and is sincerely interested in helping patients find the right fit for hearing aids.
