Nicole was fabulous to work with. Streamlined the paperwork process and I only had to spend a few minutes with her setting things up. She was super responsive and I never had to wonder what was happening with everything. She checked in at every stage to make sure all was well. Just on a whim I took a chanced and reached out to Innovative for my insulation needs. And right from the start Nicole got back to me immediately and got the ball rolling. From start to finish they were on top of everything from the contract work, to the constant updates with all that was going on.
