Innovative electrical was just what I was looking for. Replacing my panel ended up being more complicated than I anticipated. Tiffany was helpful, had great communication and made the entire process very easy. I was happy with the price and got a few other receptacles installed in the process. I cannot recommend them enough!
11_30_2023 - Our park model lost power to ALL rooms after we plugged in a electric heater. We unplugged everything, flipped breakers, GFI’s and tried to restore power….no luck! We called Tiffany at Innovative Electrical and she got her husband “Alan” to swing by and within “10 MINUTES” our power was restored!!!! The main breaker (30amp) at the post was bad and Alan replaced it and power was restored!!! Great customer service, fast, friendly and very informative. I recommend Alan and Tiffany for all your electrical needs.
If we could give more stars we would. This company is A+ in all aspects when it comes to electrical work. The quality of work they do is amazing and very detailed. They have put our panel on our house, ran electrical to our island, rewired the electrical in our kitchen, cam lighting and redid the electrical in our laundry room/pantry room. Alan is a real gem! Had gone to bed at 5 am this morning but awakened by crashing and clanging 5 feet from my bedroom window @ 8:22 am! Asked him to move his van, as he is blocking the walkway out from between the units, and he just laughed at me. Not a very pleasant character! Reading all the rest of the reviews speaks volumes. Maybe common sense fell thru the cracks too, as plenty of others have written about the attitude this guy brings to the job!
