Walter was great and kept me informed throughout the visit on his progress. Plus he was super nice.
Walter was on time today and after assessing the issue solved the problem getting my lights back in about 20 minutes, relabeled my panels for me and disconnected a potentially dangerous plug in for the generator which was not up to code. Thank you again.
Innovative came out to do an emergency service & we were very pleased with their responsiveness, speed, & quality of work.
Walter was friendly and sincerly interested in helping repair our evaporative cooler. He asked if working on the cooler would void a warranty. After being given permission to proceed he disassembled the cooler cover and looked for where a electrical connector should connect. He was unable to locate where to connect it and reconnected the cover. He apologized for not being able to fix he cooler and told us there was not charge since he did not spend a long time. We thanked him with home grown squash pickle relish.
As usual, Walter did a great job. Very honest and reliable.. and a super nice guy. He takes a lot of pride in his work, and his prices are always fair. He also came right away when we needed him. Great electrician!
