Tried to have a 200 amp panel installed, initially Bill at Innovative was very easy to work with, made a few suggestions that where reasonable for a pretty straight forward for a smooth install. He quoted a reasonable amount for the work to be done + permits that would be required. Via a text I had agreed to his initial quote to start the work and when we could schedule a day to do it. After few delays and waiting over 40 days, I basically got "ghosted" and any further contact (phone and text) was met with silence. This was ... read more
